I have a very good eye for good opportunities and a good understanding of what values are in the Cape Coral and Ft. Myers area. I have a strong understanding of the real estate contracts and what to look out for in the process of the transaction. Having been raised in this area I have a unique view of this town and its development. In working with Elaine I have a detailed understanding of how she works to sell and buy properties.
