Darlene is a native Californian who has been coming to Florida 3 to 4 times a year for the past 18 years. Her father was a broker in California for over 20 years and both her brother and sister sold real estate, while Darlene owned 2 bakeries. Then, once she moved to Florida the real estate bug got her and now she wonders why she waited so long. From the years coming here and driving all over Lee County, Darlene got a good background of the area. Where else can you have so much good weather and easy access water at such an affordable price?
